GARTH ELSWORTH TURNER passed away on Monday, March 21, 2005 at Grace General Hospital at the age of 66 years. Garth leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 45 years, Geraldine; sons, Tom (Sherry Tuokko); Glenn (Rachel), grandsons, Kyle and Craig; daughter Dawn (Cliff Watson), granddaughters, Emily and Sarah. Garth will also be missed by his brother Jack; sisters, Sharon and Sandy; and many nieces and nephews. Garth grew up on the family farm in Thorhild, AB. After completing high school Garth joined the RCAF and became a navigator in the 410 squadron. He retired from the Air Force in 1964 and moved to Winnipeg where he pursued a career in insurance and later real estate until his retirement. Garth was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Friends will miss him around the campfire at Spruce Sands. In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Liver Foundation. Our thanks to the 5N staff at the Grace who helped ease Dad's last days. Bye Dad, we love you and God Bless.
